At LA FAVORITE, we select Deglet Nour dates that have ripened gently in the sun. The dates are sorted, graded and cut, then a small amount of sugar is added to retain the soft texture of the flesh and keep them fresh all year round.
Next, the dates are carefully arranged in a tray by hand. Our LA FAVORITE trays are available in 250g and 500g versions and are extremely popular with consumers.
